Willow
Creek Country Club is entering it's seventh year as the
host site
of the Utah Championship.
Willow
Creek Country Club-- A leading private country club nestled in the
majestic Wasatch Mountains offering a championship golf course and
fine amenities. Located in Sandy, Utah, thirty minutes from downtown
Salt Lake City and near premier ski resorts. Willow Creek's 7,104
yard course and practice areas are complemented by a well equipped
pro shop.
The golf course at Willow Creek was renovated in 2005, providing both functional and aesthetic improvements. Major water features were added, and a straight irrigation “ditch” evolved into an undulating canyon stream that mimics the creeks that course through Big and Little Cottonwood canyons, both located just minutes from Willow Creek. Cement cart paths have been redirected throughout the course to take better advantage of the tree-filled, mature landscape that graces the property. Sixteen new bunkers add more challenge to the course, and all existing bunkers and tees have been refreshed. Click
